Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
